Does the room where the heat pump is to be installed have access to an external wall?	Yes No
* As the room where the Heat Pump is to be installed does not have access to an external wall you will require a site visit to assess the job. You will be taken straight to step 3.
Does your home have a larger than normal amount of floor to ceiling glass windows?	Yes No
* As your home has a larger than normal amount of floor to ceiling glass windows you will require a site visit to assess the job. You will be taken straight to step 3.
NOTE: Back to Back installation is directly through a wall from the indoor unit and up to 5 metres of pipe fully installed. All installs are pressure tested and come complete with an Electrical Compliance Certificate and Manufactures Warranty of 5 Years.
